There’s a guy who keeps saving defenseless women (they’re ALWAYS defenseless and unable to save themselves) and he killed a whole house of people and everyone was like
and basically swooning over him and no one was like, maybe the authorities will notice and punish us??? And he’s one of those heroes that everyone has heard of except the young female protagonist (and he even has an epithet and is The Only Survivor of Something) and if I ever meet this writer I will have some very angry words about using rape as a plot device and why we don’t give everyone epithets.
You are one dedicated person. Or maybe that book is like a black hole, you can’t stop reading it because it’s sucking you into its void. Or both. well, I’ll make sure not to open that thing, but thank you for daring reading it so people like me can know to avoid that shit.
